Success with Time Management

“Plan your life as if you are going to live too long, but live your life as if you are going to die tomorrow.”

ONE THING WHICH YOU CAN'T RECYCLE IS WASTED TIME -

Today, it is very important for us to do things at right time, when they are required to do. Managing time is indeed an ART. Managing time means managing ourselves.

Today, Time is least understood and most mismanaged. One can have proper schedule of DWM (Daily Work Management) by managing time.

Just see an example to understand importance of time. If you get up one hour early from your daily schedule, you save 30 hours in a Month and thus you can work 360 hours additional in a year. Means your working days would be 365+15 = 380 days.

How to improve our Time Management?

DOs and DON’Ts

Do have strong determination for achieving your target as per target date.
Do have daily listing of Jobs to be done with priority. And keep list updated.
Do have “FIRST THING FIRST” attitude while attending your Jobs.
Do have strong decision making.
Do concentrate on one thing at a time.

Don’t procrastinate.
Don’t use crowded roads.
Don’t repeat mistakes.
Don’t be lazy at work.

  • Please note that GOD gives you a cheque of 24 hours daily which has no validity for next day.
  • Be honest with your self and adopt self discipline.
  • Be optimistic and have positive attitude.
  • If you have failed once you may not fail again.

In short everybody needs to work smarter rather than harder. There is a saying –

“If you are a regular reader, you may not require burning midnight oil.”

Time Management if applied sincerely, you can have an executive living style with Name, Fame and prosperity.

There is one more saying –

“If you want to climb a hill, waiting will not make it smaller.

Therefore don’t wait just go ahead.

Best of Luck / Ashutosh
